Due to our products being handmade (as well as health and safety concerns), we will not accept any returns. We will only issue refunds on incomplete orders, and will handle replacements on a case by case basis.

Replacements/Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped. If you have received an item that needs to be replaced, please email us at SquidlyCoSeattle@gmail.com.

If you have not received your order confirmation or tracking information, please check your email spam folder. Add the above email address to your contacts to ensure you receive important information concerning your Squidly Co. account and orders.

Shipping Issues

We ship all packages via USPS, with tracking information. If your tracking shows ‘Delivered’ but you have not received your package, please contact your mail delivery person or local post office box. Unfortunately when the packages leave us we have no control on their journey or delivery – your best bet will always be to reach out to USPS. We will handle missing packages on a case by case basis, up to and including filing claims on your behalf when possible.

However, due to scammers, we are under no obligation to replace packages that show correct delivery via the tracking, and will not do so.
